IELTS preparation courses

Navitas English Singapore delivers intensive full-time IELTS programs on campus at Curtin Singapore. These courses are ideal if you are preparing for further study at university or further professional training and prepare you for the IELTS exam in the fastest possible way.

IELTS tests reading, writing, speaking and listening and comes in two varieties: academic and general training. The listening and speaking modules are the same in both varieties. However, the reading and writing modules are different. Candidates planning to undertake academic study should take the academic module of the IELTS, while those who need IELTS for work or migration should take the general training module.

The IELTS courses at Navitas English Singapore cover all areas of the test and provide 20 hours of face-to-face tuition and five hours of exam practice every week.

These courses are aimed at students who:

Need a short, intensive course to maximize their IELTS score
Want a focused test preparation course which will improve speaking, listening, reading and writing

Minimum entry requirement:

Preparation for IELTS (intermediate): IELTS 4.5
Preparation for IELTS (upperintermediate): IELTS 5.0
Prospective students who do not have an IELTS score may take a pre-test at Navitas English Singapore to see if they are the right level to enter the courses.
Students who successfully complete preparation for IELTS at intermediate level may continue to preparation for IELTS at upper-intermediate level.
