Information for students who have graduated/graduating in Trimester 2A 2022, Trimester 3A 2022, Trimester 1A 2023, Semester 2, 2022 and Semester 1 2023
Students who have completed a course and their award conferred by Curtin University will be sent a Graduation Invitation via OASIS Official Communication (OC). Please login to OASIS using your Curtin credential to monitor your OC after the award conferral date.
The Graduation Invitation will invite you to register to either:
- Attend a graduation ceremony, or
- Defer your ceremony (for up to 12 months), or
- Receive your Award Certificate by mail.
Note: Graduates who receive their graduation documents by mail will not be eligible to attend a ceremony in the future.
How to order your regalia
You can order your regalia once you have completed your online graduation registration via the graduations channel in OASIS. You will be directed to the GFP Graduations website to order your regalia during the registration process.
It is important that you register to attend your ceremony before you book your regalia.
If you are not attending your ceremony and would like to purchase or hire regalia, or for more information please contact GFP Graduations.

Not able to collect regalia yourself
If you require someone to collect your regalia on your behalf, please complete and sign the Disclosure of Information and Proxy Authorisation Form. You must submit the completed form to graduations@curtin.edu.sg and give a copy of the form to your proxy to submit on the day of collection. Your proxy must submit this form to collect on your behalf. Please ensure they bring their own photo identification (driver’s licence, passport, Curtin student ID card). Regalia will NOT be released to anyone without authorisation.
Guest tickets
Two complimentary guest tickets will be provided to all graduates.
Please note that additional guest tickets are subject to availability as it is on a first come first serve basis.
The ticket purchase link will be made available closer to the ceremony date.
Do note that purchased tickets are non-refundable. Graduates are allowed to purchase no more than 2 tickets.
