Note: There is a good range of accommodation near the campus, ranging from new and luxurious homes, to older and more basic housing. Prices will reflect the standard of accommodation, as well as amenities, convenience of location and level of security, etc. Despite the occasional bargain, you can expect to pay upwards of S$800 per month for a single room.
